Cancellation & Refund Policies
We recommend that prospective students not book flight arrangements to Minnesota until we have notified you that the class has filled. For the class beginning July 23, do not make flight arrangements before June 25; for the class beginning July 30, do not book flight before July 1, 2012.
Cancellation Policy
- Classes will be cancelled 30 days prior to that class if enrollment is too low.
- Tuition will be returned to each student if this occurs.
- Cancellation of a class by the student must be done before class begins.
- Email the registration office at registration@dctc.edu to cancel your classes.
Tuition WILL NOT be returned after the first day of class.
Refund Policy
It is the responsibility of the student to contact DCTC's registration department immediately if you decide not to attend, or cannot attend class once you are accepted. Failure to do so may cause you to lose your tuition.
